I welcome you to get together with us to practice meditation with us on this Saturday. So, Pleas sit in the right position that you feel comfortable and you relax. And we are ready to practice. Be mindful with your breathing technique and today we practice with the concentration that looks deep in the suffering by following the first mantra and the second mantra to transform to be happy.

Let’s put the right hand we call the wisdom hand, on top of the compassion hand and we are going to begin.

As all of you know, meditation helps up to understand about ourselves much better every day, gradually not quick like fast food you stop by and purchase and eat to be full. But like the dinner you prepare well to have a good taste and enjoy the food with your family. In order to practice to be enlightened and no longer suffer we need to practice slowly, with a strong foundation with a good stand and grounded.

The first mantra we all know we practice to activate our compassion energy, connected with all the Buddhas in the ten directions to wake up our own compassion energy that transforms all negative energy within us. The second mantra: Na Mo Ta Mo Ta Mo Da Ra Houng it is helping us see the truth of what causes all of our suffering.

So now with the mindfulness breathing technique and look deep into any kind of suffering that still exists in our life. Let’s do it.

May all the buddhas from ten directions bless us and activate our compassion energy for us to see through and deeply all kinds of suffering. Breathe in, expanding the belly, hold it there for three seconds, concentrate on the heaven gate point, breathe out, sunken the belly, chanting the mantra: Muuu Aaaa Muuu Saaa. Breathe in Breathe out, Chant: Na Mo Ta Mo Ta Mo Da Ra Houng

Breathe in, expanding our belly, hold it there for three seconds, concentrate on the heaven gate point. Breathe out, sunken the belly, chanting the mantra: Muuu Aaaa Muuu Saaa. Breathe in, Breathe Out chanting: Na Mo Ta Mo Ta Mo Da Ra Houng.

You just keep breathing in and out by yourself. In a silent way and chanting both mantras together. In Buddhist, Buddha teaches us there is no way for us to run away or escape the suffering there is something that causes the suffering. So running away or escaping doesn’t fix anything. It doesn’t make that suffering go away that is why we still suffer because we never relax and look deep in the suffering when we suffer we run into something to make something happen to satisfy our feelings. Now a days there are so many things that we run away and try to escape our suffering like go to the bar to have a drink or go do something we don’t even know that it harms our life, our health, physically and mentally. Buddha seeing that said it is not the right way. That is why we still suffer after we run. The suffering is still chasing us until the last moment of our life. In order to transform it to not run away, or to not allow the suffering to chase us, Buddha finally found out is that we have to turn around and look deep into those kinds of suffering and welcome it, make friends with it. Sitting down with those suffering and look. Shake hands and see what causes that suffering and fix it from there. That is the way, that is the only truth. All our suffering is caused by us and affects us. No one else cause it, we do it to ourself. We suffer due to our own self. Knowing that suffering is part of our life, part of what we have done to ourself. We have to stand up independently to fix it to repair, but not blame on other people. Not only you, me, we are all the same. From the very beginning of not understanding the truth. We love to blame other people. Because of you I am suffering, yes, it is very easy. We all do the same thing. This is ok, we are human, we are weak. But doing so the same way is never transforming our suffering. Many many years we all run away from suffering, and finally look behind the chasing of the suffering is always right there and it makes us suffer more. It still exists. So now we understand, Buddha says, don’t worry, we have a power. The energy we have from Mu A Mu Sa is the great compassion energy which can was away all causes that create the suffering for you that you make on your own. You make the mess, we have the compassion energy, we clean it up. Just like a special soap, you can clean all and make the kitchen cleaner when you children make a mess or you mess up by yourself. When the kitchen is dirty, we clean. We create a mess. A lot of suffering here and there, and use the compassion energy to clean it up, then we no longer suffer, we are happier. That is the Way. We are weak, but we never surrender. WE are weak, but there is always a way for us to clean. Like the kitchen our mom can show us how to clean it. Buddha see this, we mess up our own mind, therefore we create our own suffering. There is nothing for us to surrender and run away. Look at your suffering and look deep into it with your compassion Mu A Mu Sa. And by the wisdom eyes of Na Mo Ta Mo Ta Mo Da Ra Houng. It is helping us to look deep into suffering that belongs to us and others, then use the compassion mantras to transform for ourself and also for our loved ones. This is wonderful. The second mantra is very powerful for us to see the truth. No matter what is the truth. Just knowing that we all make mistakes. It is ok to create our own suffering, but it is not ok to surrender, to run away. It is not OK for us to escape. It is never ok to blame others for our suffering. We did it ourself, and we can transform it by ourself. Buddha says, we don’t know that we made a mistake, but we do have the power to transform it. You know, so let’s work. Make it work for ourself. Buddha says, stand up, do it, and it will work for ourselves.

I have been practicing for many years, it still works for myself. It is wonderful. It transforms my suffering a lot every day, for me to maintain my health and always be happy no matter what. There are always dislikes, good or evil, right and wrong. There is nothing we could do to satisfy ourselves all the time, but there is something we can do to transform so we don’t have to stay in the suffering. Why not just transform? Why burry your head and suffer for what?

Look deep into the suffering does not mean that we pick on other people’s suffering to destroy them or to destroy ourselves, but to transform. If we don’t see it, if we don’t know it, we cannot transform, we cannot fix. See it, pick it up. If it is dirty clean. If it is clean, keep it. If you made it dirty you clean it yourself. That is how our mothers teach us when we were small. Our mother let us make messes. At first we don’t know, slowly as we grow up she teaches us how to clean it. Finally, we know how to clean our mess on our own.

Buddha is just like our mother, he follows along with us from the beginning to the end, until we know how to clean up our mess. Don’t worry, we all make mistakes, we all create suffering for ourselves and our loved ones. With compassion Mu A Mu Sa, and Na Mo Ta Mo Ta Mo Da Ra Houng we can look deep into the suffering that we cause. We can fix it to make our life better every day.

The power is in our hands. Just practice. Just like the old days, mother says, “Listen to mom, and do what mom says.” Listen to your own body, your own feelings. Listen to the flow of the compassion energy flows. Follow what the wisdom eyes see and fix it. No blame on others, or on yourself. It is ok to make a mistake. It is ok to create something wrong that causes suffering, but it is not ok to surrender, to run away, to escape. We have the power to fix because we make it. We have the power to clean it. Let’s go back to our mindfulness breathing technique in and out and connect with the Buddha in the ten direction receive the compassion, and together we look deep into our own suffering, We fix it. We are ok.

May all sentient beings be free of suffering and may all of us receive compassion energy from all Buddhas from the ten directions, and may our wisdom eyes look deep into the suffering and transform it. Breathe in, expanding our belly, hold it there for three seconds. Concentrate on the heave gate point. Breathe out, sunken our belly chanting the mantra: Muu Aaa Muu Saa. Breathe in, Breathe out, chanting: Na Mo Ta Mo Ta Mo Da Ra Houng.

May all sentient beings be free of suffering and may all the Buddhas of the ten directions bless us with compassion energy and see through with our wisdom eye the cause of suffering. Breathe in, expanding the belly, hold it there for three second, concentrate on the heaven gate point, breath out, sunken your belly, chanting the mantra: Muuu Aaaa Muuu Saaa.    Breathe in, Breathe out, chanting. Just be silent and keep doing the breathing technique chanting the mantra. From the top of your head to the tip of your toe, just be aware of the energy flow. Na Mo Ta Mo Ta Mo Da Ra Houng is the wisdom eyes activation. Wisdom eyes activation. By the compassion energy. So every time we are suffering, we don’t know what cause that suffering. We take a deep breath in and be mindful and recite Na Mo Ta Mo Ta Mo Da Ra Houng for us to see and look into that kind of suffering and we will finally realize what caused that suffering, and we fix it. Life is more wonderful if we know ourselves what is going wrong, then we can fix it, and we handle it every day. Meaning we have to clean; we have to clean. People say, look into your trash that you throw out and see exactly what you use to feed yourself. That is true. But when we throw in the trash, we don’t think about it. But the people who collect our trash see our trash and know what we eat. The same. Look deep into the suffering and we will see what we have done for ourselves. It is very easy. What we put in that created the suffering. Our thoughts, our language, the action we take. Look deep into those three things and we know exactly what we started there. We throw away what is not good, It is expired. It no longer works.

Suffering is not like what is scaring us to death. Suffering is Ok, it’s OK. Today I don’t know why we have this but it is matching with the great suffering holiday, the great suffering Friday.  But today is Saturday, the awaking day for one who has gone through suffering for others to see to be transformed. That is good. Love, that is love. We need to love ourselves. We need to go through all our great suffering to transform our bad Karma, our sin, for us to awaken to be stronger, to be happier. Great suffering if we know it will turn into a great happiness. Yesterday, great suffering of Friday. Today is Saturday, will be very soon tonight arise. Rise up from the dead. The Buddha sees that. The truth, but not by someone else doing for us. We need to do it for ourselves. We go through all of our suffering, and we raise ourselves from our suffering because we know exactly what we have done to create that suffering. Na Mo Ta Mo Ta Mo Da Ra Houng. It helps us see through with the great power of compassion. We are all very compassionate, we are lovely, we can transform ourselves. That is what Buddha said, and it is true. Let’s see what kinds of suffering there is, you will see it. Suffer because something already happened. Suffer because something you expected did not come your way. Suffer because your children don’t listen to you. So many things, it is ok, to see into it, to put on the table and see it. It is alright to look deep into the suffering. There is no fear. We have the power to transform it. We have the power to clean it. Let’s clean it to stand up right and be strong, be happy.

Let’s go back to the breathing technique together. Every one of us willing to stand up, and look deep into the suffering and transform it by the compassion energy and the wisdom eye.
