Now it is time to put your mind together and let go of all. Sit down comfortable in a position that your body feels loose and relaxed. Lets begin.

May all sentient beings be enlightened and receive a great compassion from all the Buddhas in the ten directions, be happy peaceful and enjoy life.
Friends lets put our right hand, our wisdom hand, on top of our left hand, the compassion hand. Our meditation technique is always connected with the compassion energy from all the Buddhas in the ten directions. For those who are new it is a little be strange because you are going to feel the energy vibrate within your physical body, your mind, and your spirit. You need to know we all live by the energy. The greater the energy the better it activates our life. The compassion energy from the Buddha is very pure, very helpful to activate and cultivate us with the mother earth. So if you feel the energy flow within your body. Just observe it and watch it with your compassion. By following the breathing in and out, very mindful. Take time. Depend on how your body is, take a long or short breath. Follow your body, don’t push it too hard. Don’t force yourself too much. When you breathe in you are expanding your belly make sure you hold it there for there second and relax. There is appoint we need to concentrate we call the gate for the energy converts into going up to your head. We call it the heaven gate. That point in front of your tail bone. The energy is going to go through there and follow your tail bone and go to the top of your head. When you breathe out you sunken your belly and chanting along with the mantra Mu A Mu Sa. Make sure the sound comes from the lower part of your body very slow and relaxed. No we are going to start to do the breathing.

Just remain sitting still and relax your entire body. Keep your thought on the top of your head, and oversee your entire body. Be aware of your entire body with any sensation, any vibration.
There are thoughts come and go. Be are aware and let the mind allow them when they come. Don’t hold on to it. When we are relaxed thought will arise. What has been done will come. It is good to just watch and bless all those thoughts with your compassion and love. No matter the past. It is good or evil. There is no judgement. It is all has gone. Now in the moment you connect with the truth, the enlightened, all buddhas. Let put yourself at the bridge, bridging from one side to other. From suffering to happiness. We walk away from suffering to reach the point where we enjoy our life with happiness with all our loved ones. Especially now in the moment we are living in. Discover any energy vibrating within your body. Don’t hold it back. Allow the energy to transform. Let your mind observe it. Let the energy liberate you physically, mentally and spiritually. Don’t hold back. Set yourself to be free to flow. Move around with the energy. It is good to be with that way. All things are with the motion. Nothing is still. The past is gone. Don’t hold on to live, but good to view as a lesson for us. To motivate to move up. The difference between humans and the enlightened ones is as humans we hold onto the past to escape the present moment and forget to live now. When the Buddha was enlightened he see all the past no matter how long ago. So he knew he should live now for a better future. Not cling to the past or reach up to the the future and live in the moment. Observing the energy, the compassion energy now that flows within your body. Make sure you fill with that, flow with that. The compassion energy allows us to view the past in a very pure way. No matter what has passed, good or not, it does not matter. It belongs to what we have created, just like the past winter. Gone. The past spring came. This winter will be gone soon. But based upon the root of the past spring, the new spring will become. But still based on the past. We cannot destroy the past, but we don’t live in the past. The past is the foundation. The last spring and this spring the same name based on the same foundation. Live now with the new spring. This life, this moment that we are living just stay with that. Live with the moment. The energy, especially the compassion energy from the Buddha has the power to liberate and lift us up to the higher stage of living truth with the living spirit. That we can oversee our suffering from ourself and others, to balance and to heal to redirect it, and make a good U-turn and live who we truly are. Look deep into yourself. Stop make any judgements about others. Just collect yourself first by the compassion energy to connect with your own to know yourself. There is no mistakes that we call very bad. There are a lot of mistakes that have to be corrected now for us to not fall into the same footsteps that we have gone through. There is no regret for the past we have done, but there is a great lesson for us to look very seriously with the compassion energy. With compassion eyes. Connecting with the Buddha, with the compassion we have an opportunity to recontruct ourself with the new architecture that we can draw with love and care. Forgiveness. Keep your mind, still remaining on the top of your head. Any sensation arise, just watch and bless with the compassion. Any thought that comes, just watch and bless it with your compassion. Anything, sound, image, or anyone now comes to your mind. Bless them all with your compassion. Watching and knowing that you are within the moment. Living moment. The past has gone. Review with the good lesson to move on. We don’t hold on to live. Let it go as a good lesson. Don’t hold it too long to live with. Let our wisdom work with us. Let our compassion motivate us. Let all the suffering that created by someone else that makes us still down, be forgotten and be forgiven. Let us see through all what is still very difficult, causes us struggles. Let us know how to open the gate for us to go beyond. Let us set ourself to be free. Look around for all you loved ones. Remember we love them. We offer to all of them our grandparents, our parents, our loved ones our great compassion and merit energy. We connect with them very deeply within the wisdom of seeing no separation of anything, but together we are all together within our spirit. Any part of our physical body that has something that creates sickness by the negative energy will be healed by the compassion.

May all of us regain confidence and enjoy our life. May all of us be blessed to be strong, to be happy. Physically no longer sick, mentally brighter, and spiritually able to see through. May all our mothers be protected by the Buddha and receive great compassion energy to heal whatsoever from the sickness. May all our moms stand strong, and be guiding by the spiritual and no longer suffer by any means. Just keep remaining sitting still. Be silent and watching over your body. Just let the energy flow. Connecting with your friends, family, loved ones. We all know exactly the past is gone. We try not to destroy our past. We all have a past. But we view it as a lesson and we have to make very clear, we no longer live in the past. We live in the now. The moment here still for us to be. Not the past. Don’t have to say “if” when we view what we have done. That we not accept it, or not meeting our expectation. There is no “if”. But there is the lesson for us to view to move on. Buddha teaches us to view the past to learn. But to not burry our head into it. Suffering is the root to enrich your life for a better. Happiness from the past, like the water that helps you to grow.

Today we thinking of the mother of our very close friend who just fell and broke her arm. Still remains in the hospital. We are thinking about her, and we offer to her our great compassion energy, out merit. Our mind will always be with her, our spirit always be with her. We all pray with the Buddha to bless her and all the guardians protect her in a good way, for her to recover fast and no longer suffer.
