Mu A Mu Sa
Good morning everyone one here on the YouTube, and Facebook. Today is Saturday Nov. 27, 2020. I am at the Xa Loi Temple Meditation Hall in Frederick, MD. I welcome all of you. Let us begin our meditation today.
Every Saturday we practice together this special method of meditation which engages with the compassion energy of all Buddhas in the ten directions. In real life, if there is no connection there is no life. Life is the connection with the greater force from the above. Buddha is the enlightened one. He generates good compassion energy and always makes it available to us all of the time. We practice to activate and connect with the Buddha the enlightened one deep inside our spirit and lighting up our wisdom to see the truth, the meaning of life. For those who have been practicing with me for awhile, we know, and for those that this is the first time seeing it. Just take note. We practice with the energy, called moving energy meditation, with mindful breathing technique. Based on that mindfulness breathing we are watching our thought our motion our action, emotions, sensations, and feelings and bless it with the Mantra Mu A Mu SA.
Mu A Mu Sa means; may all sentient begins be free of suffering and receive compassion energy from all the Buddhas in the ten directions. Chanting this mantra, we physically, spiritually and mentally connect with the Buddha to understand about our life much better every day.
Put your right hand on top of your left hand. We will be chanting the mantra Mu A Mu Sa three times. Sit comfortably, relax your entire body. Keep you back straight up, your neck straight. When you breathe in. you breathe through your nose, bring it down lower to your body. When it is going down you are expanding your belly like a balloon. You hold right there for three seconds. Give you body time to absorb the oxygen. Use your mind to concentrate right there at the heaven gate point which is in front of your ending bone. Then you breath out, sunken your belly chanting the mantra. We all repeat it 3 times. Relax so you can observe the energy wherever it is. From the top of your head to the tip of your toes. Just be there and watch the sensations and relax and allow your body to absorb it, transform, be one with.
Today we are contemplating about, “There is No Darkness”. Yes, the Black Friday just passed. There is no more darkness.

Just maintain your sitting position, relax. Observing your energy, and just breathe in and out gently and discover any part of your body where there is the energy moving. We practice with the energy so all of us are connected together with the Buddha. We are receiving in our physical body the compassion energy of the Buddha. It activates all of our body and it is bringing it into unity, harmony.
We are talking about the darkness today. There is no darkness, even though now a days the pandemic makes us postpone all grand activities, three special holidays coming. Thanksgiving just passed, black Friday is gone, but there is no darkness. There is the light, the light of compassion. Light of wisdom, Light of hope. We are not going to allow any darkness to exist and take over our life. We don’t allow the darkness of fear to destroy our hope. Christmas and New Years is coming. Time for family. So many people want to get together. We wanted to visit our families but fear takes over and we have no hope for tomorrow. We are sad. If we understand this mediation it helps us remain how we are and connect us with the Buddha. We are not lonely, burying our heads in the darkness. There is the light, the light of love even though we cannot be there in person to see our mom or dad. But in the spiritual world our compassion energy, connected with the Buddha, still is able to reach our family our loved ones. There is no darkness, there is light, compassion, hope. Keep smiling, let your wisdom light up. Remove all dark, negative thoughts away. Time to stand up to celebrate, be joyful.
I am here together with you at home or at wherever you are. We are going to empty all our negative thoughts to lighten up our wisdom light to remove all the darkness. We clean up our thoughts. We unwrap our hope, and offer our merit and allow our compassion energy connected deep with our parents our husband and wife, our children, our friends our master, our relatives. This special holiday we are not going to allow all our darkness to be within but yes we lighten up the candle of hope of wisdom. We cherish each other, we heal each other, we love each other, and we forgive to move on. Remember we love our family and friends very much we love all people who are friends and know us. Even though this time we cannot meet them but in the spiritual world we are able to be with them. Let’s observe your good energy now. Let the compassion energy move around your entire body from the top of your head to the tip of your toes. Let the candle of hope, of love, lighting up by your own merit energy connected with the Buddha. Let’s show the way for others to get out, to enjoy life.
Let us take three more breathing techniques together. Maker sure you are thinking about your loved ones now connected with them inside your mind.

May all our parents, our loved ones’ family be away from darkness and may the light of hope compassion and love be present in their lives. May all sentient beings be free of suffering and receive the compassion energy from all the Buddhas in the ten directions. May all our parents, be strong, be healthy be loved. Breathe in, expanding your belly, hold it there for three seconds, concentrate on the heaven gate, breathe out, sunken your belly, chanting the mantra: Muuuu Aaaa Muuu Saaaa.
May all sentient beings be free of suffering and receive the compassion energy from all the Buddhas in the ten directions. May all our husband and wife and children always be joyful peaceful and receive a good love energy from all. Breathe in, expanding your belly, hold it there for three seconds, concentrate on the heaven gate, breathe out, sunken your belly, chanting the mantra: Muuuu Aaaa Muuu Saaaa.
Just keep sitting. The mantra Mu A Mu Sa, this is a sacred mantra. The sound, when you chant with mindfulness energy and concentrate on now here, right here, will create a very good connection with the Buddha. Therefore, you receive the compassion energy flowing within you. This energy creates the vibration which liberates you away from the darkness. For those who are very afraid now from misinformation, that you hear that creates that fear. Life is not fear until you die. Life is cherished to enjoy and be joyful. Let’s be one with these breathing techniques. Let’s observe and welcome the good merit from the compassion Buddha. Let’s reach out to family and friends and share the merit. Let’s all be one. With forgiveness to who created the trouble, who created the suffering, let’s forgive. Go back to the love that existed within you when you were just born. Let’s open the door and welcome others into your life, into your soul. There is no darkness within, the light of hope, the light of wisdom lighting it up. You have to turn the light on by your merit. Together we stand up. And we light our candle of hope and generate the wisdom for us to see through and we offer our merit energy for all. We wake up ourselves and that merit energy wakes up all of our friends who are still asleep deep in the darkness. Let’s wake up. Christmas is coming, the New Year is coming. Let’s clean up, make a good resolution now. Don’t wait till the end of the year. Let’s refresh ourself and be one with the energy flowing within yourself right now, be mindful and just keep watching your breath. Breathe in and breathe out. And may our darkness inside be removed with the light of hope turned on. May all be free of suffering especially ones who suffer now because of the virus and be healed. May all who have passed away because of the virus enter into good hands of love. Let’s make a good redirection for all. Restoration comes from love, compassion.

May all our loved ones lighting up a candle of hope relieve our fear and remove all the darkness within. May all sentient beings be free of suffering and receive the compassion energy from all the Buddhas in the ten directions. May all who are afraid lighting up the hope lighting up the compasson candle and stand up strongly and receive a good energy to reform their life and remove all the darkness within. Breathe in, expanding your belly, hold it there for three seconds, concentrate on the heaven gate in ffront of your tail bone, breathe out, sunken your belly, chanting the mantra: Muuuu Aaaa Muuu Saaaa

May all our loved ones be strong and be healthy may the candle of hope compassion love and wisdom lighting up may all receive a good merit from Buddha and may all be free of fear. Dear all friends, there is really no darkness within us if we lighten up the hope, compassion and wisdom if we humble ourselves and receive the compassion energy from Buddha to refresh our life and reset our life. Yes, fear will always be there but not belong to us. Darkness will be there but not belong to us There is hope, there is love. Let’s cherish life. Thank you for practicing with me every Saturday.
