Good morning everyone and all friends on YouTube That Bao Huyen Mon.  Today is Saturday we are just like every Saturday get together on YouTube. And at the temple in Frederick Maryland Practice.

We practice today to generate the energy, the compassion energy and then by watching our breath helping us to concentrate to become one with our breath, to live peaceful an mindful now. To transform the negative energy that is still exists in us by connecting with the compassion energy from all Buddhas from the ten directions.

So now for us to practice I welcome all of you. Make sure that you are sitting comfortable with the position which allows your body to be free.  Relax your hips, relax your hips, put your right hand on top of your left hand. Your wisdom hand on top of your compassion hand. You could see this opposite because I use my phone and it reverses the picture. Just put your right hand on top of your left. Loosen your body, relax.

We are going to practice three times.  Every time we will repeat the mantra 7 times and after that guide the energy through our body.

The heaven gate is between the tail bone and the soft tissure in the front. Breathe out, sunken your belly chanting the mantra: Muuuuu Aaaaa Muuu Saaaaa.

Just maintaining your meditating. Just relax. Just watch your breath. In and out slowly. Just watch it. Concentrate on the top of your head. Put your mind there. Feel it. Observe it. Allow the energy from the top of your head to flow through the rest of your body. Just allow it to flow within. Connect with all Buddhas. Connect with all awakened energy within.  Connect this awakened energy to all of your loved ones. Generate your merit and offer it to all so that all your loved ones receive compassion and awakened energy. Purify all negative energy. Just be with your breath watching it. Allow your breath moving with the energy connect all your body together here and now. And keep watching your breath in and out slowly.  Keep you thought still on the top of you head. Conscious awareness on the top of your head watching your entire body from the top of your head. Allow the energy to flow. Don’t hold back. Let the breath be one with your body. Just watching it in and out.

Now we do again 7 more times.

Just sitting still and be aware of all your body energy. What is your breath? Breath is energy. Breath is life. Let the life from your breath generate the compassion energy from within. Breathe in and out. Keep you mind on the top of your head. Let your mind watch your body. Observing the energy flow. You feel the energy generate and flow with your physical body right to left, left to right. Just be there and let it move. Allow every single cell in our body receiving the energy especially thinking about your loved ones.

Generate your merit energy to flow with to offer it to all of them. Offer your merit energy to all. May all the Buddhas transform compassion energy through our physical body, mentally, spiritually. Healing our life healing all our loved ones lives. Just keep watching your breath. Breath is life. Breath is energy. Just maintain that awareness. Let the energy awaken all the energy within. Peaceful, mindful just there right there now.

Continue breathing in and out slowly. Allow life from your breath to flow and activate your body. Fill with the energy. May all of us be conscious of the deep energy within us. May all the energy within us flow. Let it flow. Don’t hold back. May all the Buddhas from the ten directions bless us. May the compassion energy purify our lives, our loved ones lives. Our parents, our loved ones, our family. Connect with them by our compassion energy. We all be  one. One with the Buddha nature within. No separation. Together we liberate to be free.

We chant again.

Just keep maintaining your sitting position observing the energy. Aware of all of your body. The top of your head.

What is your breath. Your breath is life. Your breath is compassion energy. Your breath is you. Without it you are gone. Concentrate on your breath.  Deep in Deep out. And chanting the Mu A Mu Sa connecting us with the compassion energy. From that may all our loved ones, our parents, our children, our friends, all society receive a good compassion energy. May all be blessed especially at this time. May all suffering be gone. Physically mentally spiritually. Peace and happiness.

Now we are going to hear something from Su Co Bao Co about the practice and the special values of our breath.

Su Co Bao Co: Thank you master and welcome everyone. Very nice to have all of you on face book here practicing together.

If you choose to sit, make sure your sit up right with your hips slightly elevated higher than your knees. You get your stability by pushing your knees on the ground. It is very important to have your back straight. We are using your body to help us, the breath to help us to tranquilize and find ease. Find inner peace in our mind and our heart. If sitting on the floor is challenging to you. You can sit on a chair but sit on the edge of the chair with your feet firmly flat on the ground place your hands on your thighs. Back shoulders rotated toward the back. Chin slightly tucked in. The gaze down to the floor about a meter away. This gives you an uplifted, yet relaxed position and you are ready to let the flow, let the breath flow just like a way. And every cell in your body is benefiting from this breath, this life flowing right through you. And also observe the space between the in and out breath. Don’t be afraid of that space. Notice it, enjoy it, be with it, allow it to flow naturally. Every cell is benefitting it from this breath this life. And as always, we transfer merit of our practice to all beings in the ten direction. So, enjoy your practice. Take some time today. Today is August 8, 2020, a very important day. So, take time for yourself go outside practice, run, laugh, enjoy being alive and share with all beings.

Master Bao Thanh: To all friends out there it is very good for us to know that life is within our breath. Our breath is really important, don’t forget it. Our life is very busy, too hurried we forget our breath.

Our meditation is helping us to relax to sit with ourselves in the position that is comfortable to allow our breath to function right and generate energy so we can transform our life for the better.   Therefore, we offer it to all. If our life is not better, we offer a very negative energy.

Buddha said we all need to transform ourselves first before we reach out to others.  Our breath is very important. Our breath is life, our breath is energy. So, the breathing technique is very important for all of us to remember. There are many different breathing techniques. But with us when you breathe in make sure slowly through your lungs and down to your belly expanding so the oxygen has time to absorb and transform the good energy.

You remember when we are awake we need oxygen. When you go to the hospital they give you oxygen.  We have an oxygen factory down here that we take in deep and allow our body to absorb the energy into our blood.

 And remember Mu A Mu Sa. Mu A Mu Sa is the compassion energy connecting with us. I encourage and challenge you to practice at home every day. We meet here every Saturday. But after this please practice 5 to 10 minutes every day to help maintain that very good energy within you and offer to your loved ones. Practice with your breath, it is really life. Otherwise, you are going to die. Living with the truth. The truth from your breath.
