Good Morning Everybody. We are here at the Xa Loi Temple in Frederick Md to practice meditation together. All friends out there if now you be with us just make sure you sit down in a position you feel comfortable. Relax all your body, loosen up your muscles. Remember our meditation is to activate your compassion energy within and engage with the compassion energy with the Buddha to motivate ourself to live peacefully and healing ourself through all kinds of situations.
When you do your breathing technique, you take in through your nose, bring it down lower in your body expanding your belly and you hold it there for three seconds after that you concentrate on the heaven gate point. That is right at the tail bone, the ending bone. In front of the ending bone, we call the heaven gate. Then you breath out, you sunken your belly. You focus right there for the oxygen to be converted into the energy. Then you follow that up to your back bone, up to the top of your head at the same time you chant Mu A Mu Sa.
What does Mu A Mu Sa mean? It means you are activating your compassion energy from all the Buddhas in the ten directions. Now it is time for us to practice.
Put your right hand, your wisdom hand, on top of your left hand, your compassion hand together and relax.

Just maintaining your sitting position. Breathe naturally. Watching your body from the top of your head down to your toes. Feel with the energy flow within. We are guiding ourselves to be friendly with ourselves. Our self has three parts. Mind, Body, and Spirit. We need to be friendly with our body.
Observing all the energy within. Let the compassion energy flow. And healing our body and healing all kinds of sickness for us to be strong and healthy. Let the energy flow from the top of your head. Healing your mind. Clean up all the tangles. Just be with yourself, friendly. Lift up your spirit. Let the spirit be part of your life. Mind, Body, spirit be one together.
Within flow together with the compassion energy. Loosen your shoulders, loosen up your entire body. Feel the energy moving on the top of your head. Thinking of yourself, loving yourself. Thinking of your loved ones at home. Offer to all of them our merit through the rising of our compassion energy and may all our loved ones far and near receive the energy to heal, to be mindful, peaceful.
Center our body now here. Allow the energy to transform into your body. Just watch and relax. Friendly with your body. Filled with your body. Watching your body from the top of you head to your toes. Every part of your body full of your energy. Let your body naturally receive the energy and let it flow. Let your mind watching your body be clear. Let your spirit be one with, and let the energy just like a best friend flow within.

Naturally doing your breathing techniques and watch your entire body. Be friendly with your body, mind and spirit. Let the three of them be friendly, become best friends. Receiving the same compassion energy.
Let the mind watching the body flow with the energy. Let your spirit be there and get along. Seeing within your body. What part of your body your feel week, you think is sick. Allow the energy to flow there, Let the mind, body, and spirt.
Thinking of all the people who suffer physically mentally, and spiritually. We offer our merit energy for them to be healed. And all of our loved ones. May all of them be mindful, happy and enjoy life.
Loving yourself, loving your mind. Friendly with your spirit. Bring them together. Unite them together. Don’t separate. Compassion energy bring all three into one that is your life. Friendly with your life. Being with your body mind and spirit. Let the energy flow and bring them together.
From the top of your head fill with that. Let the energy flow from there. Follow your backbone. Loosen up your backbone. All the heavy weight from life burdened by your thoughts negative energy let it get out. And receive compassion energy and purify all those kinds of negative energy. Let the Compassion energy purify your mind, empty your mind. Purify your attachment. Release all. Don’t hold on to all what already happened. Now at the moment we be one with.
Just observe the energy, allow it to transform in your body. Allow in your mind to connect with your loved one, all the entire of your family, friends, community, society. Let the compassion energy connect us all together with love. Let the forgiveness generate more energy into all.
Let us practice seven more times the Mu A Mu Sa.

I want to welcome everyone who came today.
It is very important that we practice on a daily basis to establish a good foundation. It is something we need to develop. Just as a garden flowers as you tend it on a daily basis. Same with the practice. You need to water the practice with compassion you need to water your practice with time, with love. The time that you dedicate for yourself grows and also for the benefit of all beings.
We are living in very tumultuous times. It is paramount that we practice to help us transform all that is coming to us on a daily basis, purifying our minds and our thoughts and our hearts. Open our hearts wider and wider because all things reside within our heart. Our practice is heart based. It is mindfulness, it is heartfulness it is deep within our heart.
Our society pushes us to be mental. We react to life on a mental basis. This creates a lot of stress. A lot of agitation. These creates a lot of stress. We are always thinking, always projecting into the future, but the future is very uncertain. We need to ground ourselves in this moment. This daily practice will help you stay in this moment. In the present in your heart where everything resides. So, I invite you to open up your heart wider and practice daily and offer your merit to all beings.
Every Saturday we practice together at the Temple in Frederick Md. We live stream on YouTube. You can text us a message to let us know you are there. Today we practiced being friendly with yourself. We take care of others, but we need to take care of ourselves. Body mind and spirit is the foundation of everyone. We need to take care daily. Every day.
But to practice together like this we receive a good compassion energy from the Buddha. However, we all need to keep practicing every day at least ten or fifteen minutes. Twenty one times maintaining meditation mindfulness with the mantra: the Mu A Mu Sa. to keep activating and receiving compassion energy. From that you are healing yourself friendly with your body, mind and spirit, and offering your merit to all your loved ones, and for all sentient beings to be free of all kind of mentally, spiritually, and physically suffering for the universe peace.
