Good morning everybody. Welcome back to the Saturday Meditation Hour with us on the YouTube That Bao Huyen Mon. We have been practicing together for about four months, more than four months. It seems to be good because we have a good time together to practice to activate our compassion energy with the compassion energy of all Buddhas. I welcome all of you back again. We practice together today to lift up to the higher level of Living Spirit.
Let’s begin with the practice for us to connect with the energy first and we get along with these minutes so we get deep into spirit in our physical body.
We all know that when you take in the breathing techniques that you breathe in through your nose and go down to your belly, your lower body. And you are expanding your belly, and hold it there for about three seconds, 1, 2, 3. Then you concentrate on the heaven gate point. The heaven gate point is right between the tail bone and the soft tissue right in the front, just right there. Then you release, you breathe out. You sunken your belly chanting the mantra along with that.
Just keep your mind within that for the spirit, the nature within us is activated by compassion energy from within and from the buddha that incorporates flow for us to be really a living spirit. Rather than just a spirit that is closed out of our life. Mind, body and spirit. The spirit needs to be a living spirit. It’s not just a spirit that we say that we mean. It should be and must be a living spirit.
Let’s put our right hand, our wisdom hand, on top of our left hand, the compassion hand and begin the practice.

Just keep maintaining the sitting position. Just relax. Just breathing in and out. Listen to your body. From the top of your head, let your living spirit, the energy there, and let it flow, let it flow down lower your body, let it keep flowing down to your toe.
Fill with the energy, stay with the energy, and enjoy with then energy. Don’t’ interrupt it. Let the living spirit energy flow with you. Allow the compassion energy from the Buddha to connect with your body. Let it flow from the top of your head to lower of your body to your toe. Let the entire of your body observing the energy from your living spirit, mind, body. And may the spirit live in the energy flow.
Let the energy from your own spirit that is connected, activated by the energy from Buddha clean up all negative energy within you. Purify all of our thoughts. Clean our physical body. Healing our mind, our body, or spirit.
And now we are receiving the compassion energy from all the Buddhas. In the living spirit that here we are on earth. And we all together offer our merit to all the people who still suffer out there, by the cause of many bad Karma that created out there. Let make a difference, that our merit is offered to all. May all Buddhas from the ten directions offer this special merit from the compassion energy to all those who still suffer to be no longer suffering, physically, mentally and spiritually.
Let us go back to the mantra seven more times and observing, taking more compassion energy for our living spirit.

Just keep sitting still relaxing. Concentrate on your breathing technique in and out. Now is the time for living spirit incorporated into your life. Living spirit being one with our body. Living spirit be one with our mind. Let body mind and spirt be one with a living life. Let it flow. Let it be one. No rejection.
At the top of your head. Is just like the heaven gate that moving up there observing and taking in all the energy from the Buddha from the mother nature. Let it flow in your body. Let it clean your body. No rejection No question. just observe pure as it is. No judgement.
Empty your thought by being one with your breathing technique breathing in and out. Let empty your thought by being one with your spirit energy. Lift up your living spirit. Let it be friendly with your life. Let all of us receive a special healing what part of your body that is painful, is sick. Let it move down the energy there to heal.
Let the living spirit activate our kindness. Let our heart full of love. Let our life become a living spirit within. Let love transform all, the struggle, tackling negative energy out there. Be one with the environment we live in. Let the Buddha be one with us.
And we are all thinking about ones who still suffer out there. And transform all negative thought to become positive. And good energy flow to all. Peace in the universe. Peace within us. Be mindful of the energy every second of our live. No separate. Let the real living spirit incorporate our body and mind together. Let us become the real living spirit here on earth.
Let us say the mantra sounding out with the breathing method again.

Let our Body, our mind and our spirit living together within very humbly. Let the three of them interact with the real living spirit and allow the energy to flow within you. Purify all of your negative. No justify. Let it flow. Don’t block it.
