Good Morning Everybody. We are here again on Saturday just like we have been. Practice, and practice.
We remain this hour for us who get together to practice. And continue receiving compassion energy from all the Buddhas. Therefore, we maintain this special connection helping us cure all kinds of sickness within and heal ourselves physically, mentally and spiritually. I welcome all of you and wish we all maintain our mindfulness throughout the time we practice together.
Our method is connecting with the Buddha energy, the compassion energy. That activates our own energy to motivate us to stand up how we live to truly how we are. And transform our life to be more happy, healthier and more peaceful.
I mention again every time we practice about the method of how we do the breathing techniques. When you inhale, you take in through your nose and down to your lower body and expand your belly hold it there for three seconds. Then concentrate on the heaven gate. You ask me where is the heaven gate? It is right between the tail bone and the soft tissue in front just right there. That we call the heaven gate point. You concentrate right there before you release, to exhale, to breathe out. And you sunken your belly for the energy to go through that heaven gate. Follow your back bone to the top of your head, and your breathe out with your mouth and chanting the mantra: Mu A Mu Sa, at the same time.
Every one of us when we are practicing the technique, we all receive the special compassion energy from Buddha that connects us physically. Our physical body will be filled with the energy within. And the energy from the Buddha will activate all of our pressure points, our chakra and move within our physical body. The energy from the Buddha knows what to do to be friendly with your body, your own energy and incorporate together and become the very good frequency, the energy, the frequency will flow within to heal your body naturally. All you have to do is be with and allow the energy to transform. There is nothing for you to think of. You just need to be mindful of your breathing techniques in and out. And just release your body to be free with the compassion energy flow within yourself
Every Saturday there is a time for us to recharge our body. Our mind our spirit our life. To be full of all good energy throughout the week so after that the energy will remain in you to transform you 24 hours a day to transform your body. To help you be fully awake, alert and aware of all. You know time for us to always need to connected with the energy to be mindful of our life.
Today we are going to talk about “Be with the Truth”. So lets practice together with special guidance from me. So we can maintain this special connection with the mother earth within us to receive the compassion energy from Buddha for us to be better use for others to be happy.
Let’s begin. Sit down how you feel comfortable. Just sit down with that position. Put your wisdom hand, that means your right hand on the top of your left hand we call the compassion hand. Wisdom, Compassion. We use wisdom and compassion to concentrate and be mindful with our breathing techniques and chanting Mu A Mu Sa.
What Mu A Mu Sa meaning is, Mu A Mu Sa means the compassion energy. May all sentient beings receive the compassion energy from all Buddhas to be free of all kinds of suffering. Mentally, physical, spiritually that’s what its meaning.

We are beginning our practice. You can close your eyes or open it. Loosen up your body. Allow your body to be free and receive the compassion energy. Allow it move the way it is. No convert, no block. Just let it free to be. Let it be with the truth to connect with the Buddha energy. The truth of all truth. And relax and be mindful and peaceful.

You keep maintaining meditation. Just keep meditating breathing in and out chanting the mantra by yourself and keep receiving the compassion energy from all the Buddhas in the ten directions in your physical body. Observe the energy within and be with the truth to maintain this special connection with the compassion energy from all Buddhas.
Buddha is one who is self-enlightened. He will connect with us with his compassion energy. Let it flow, let it flow and be with the truth. The truth of yourself of how you are maintaining your mind. To be with, to break through all kinds of barriers between the nature outside and the self-nature within. Let the mother earth be reaching ourselves with the Buddha. Allow the energy to flow from within from the top of your head to the toe. Sensation in your entire body. No judgement, just let it be. Physical, just let it move with the energy. But maintain the stillness in your mind. Let your mind be with the energy of the mindful breathing in and out. Just watch your body. Just enjoy the energy flow in your body. If a thought arises within you bless that thought. The compassion energy from the buddha. All thought that arise bless them with the compassion energy of the buddha. Let it be. Be with the truth. Connect it with the physical body level. Humble yourself and receive the compassion energy. Release the tension. Remove all the roadblocks. Remove all barriers. Flatten down all your thoughts. No ego, no ignorance. Be humble and receive.
And Let’s practice seven more Mu A Mu Sa’s with me. With this moment open your mind and keep receiving compassion energy through all your body mind and spirit. Let your body be moved by all the energy. Don’t hold it back.

Keep maintaining your meditation breathing in and out observing the energy. Now think of your loved ones who are still suffering physically, mentally and spiritually. Offer your merit and connect you with your loved one by the compassion energy. Let the compassion energy transform from you to your loved one to heal them. To maintain that energy within. Be with the truth, the truth of mother earth the truth of love the truth of compassion.
There is no barrier, no roadblock, no attachment, no judgement, no I, no self. Just you, very empty. Hollow within the energy, compassion energy. Allow the compassion energy to empower yourself. Purify your physical body, mental and spiritual. Let your mind, body and spirit be one with the compassion energy. Let it flow within from the top of your head to your toe. Let it heal all sentient beings. Who are suffering and offer our merit to all.
The non-self existing in you. Only the compassion energy flows. To connect from one to another. Let us heal all those who still suffer by the merit by the compassion energy from the buddha by mother earth and from all of us.
And be mindful of your breath. In and out. Just relax, be mindful, peaceful, joyful, awake, alert aware. The buddha is within not far away. The Buddha he inside you. The truth is the Buddha nature within you. Through the buddha nature the special connection of the buddha nature in you and the Buddha himself transforms all the compassion energy to you naturally.
Filled with the energy. Let if flow, let it free and let it to be. Don’t resist it. There is no question just to be with it as it is. The utmost pure energy from the Buddha transforms into your body. Let the healing begin. for you , your family and to all.

Just relax and loosen your body up. We are done the practice for today. I just want to tell you that the way we practice purifies ourselves physically, mentally, and spiritually. By the compassion energy from all Buddhas that connect and activate within us. The Mu A Mu Sa sound, when you chant, will liberate you physically, mentally, spiritually and vibrate moving within you to heal your body. Your body will benefit for health. Your mind will be strong and clear, crystal clear. Your spirit will be a living spirit.
Our practice is to connect and maintain the energy within. To Purify ourselves every second of our life. With the very busy life we have so much to do. Every Saturday and then 15 minutes a day will keep you connected with the Buddha compassion energy. It is very helpful, very useful, peaceful and mindful. And will help you enjoy your life. Also offer your merit to all.
There is no lesson, just practice connecting with the compassion energy rather than talking about the doctrine of the Buddhist. I don’t teach Buddhism here Saturday on this YouTube channel online.
