Good morning everyone. So grateful that you are here today with me. We practice every Saturday together. I just try to mention again how we practice with the methods. The breathing technique is very important to do correctly.
When breathing in, you breath in through your nose down through your lungs, expanding your belly. Then hold it for three seconds. Then you concentrate at the heaven gate. The heaven gate is located at the tailbone and the soft tissue in the front. Then you sunken your belly and breathe out chanting Mu A Mu Sa.
What does Mu A Mu Sa mean? It means, that we ask all the Buddhas in the ten direction to release compassion energy for all sentient beings. We call Mu A Mu Sa the compassion mantra. We are working with the energy which transforms into your physical body. It is a connection between the Buddha and you. The compassion energy you receive from the Buddha, you receive the highest and purest state of mind. It helps your health to be better, your thoughts to be clearer to see things with non-attachment.
Let us start. Put your right hand we call the wisdom hand and the left hand the compassion hand. Put your right hand in your left hand and just relax. Just relax.
We are going to recite the Mantra 7 times together. This is our hour for us to practice. We just need to practice, practice and practice.

You just keep maintaining your sitting position. Keep breathing in and out, chanting the Mantra, and listen to me to guide you on what we concentrate today. Today we talk about turning on your wisdom. The wisdom is not from outside, but inside. We have a special method in order to turn on your wisdom So you can have a good thought, a pure thought so you can see through all and you can understand the truth with no attachments. In Buddhism we say we have to see things as they are with no attachment. Don’t raise up our own opinions. Because when you allow yourself to attach to something and stand on your own opinions your wisdom seems to be dimming. Therefore we maintain to treat all phenomena equally. Nothing we need to hold onto and fall in love and nothing to reject or hate. Love or hate is just how we feel when we associate with other things. In order to purify all to turn on your wisdom. As a human it is very easy to fall into our own attachment and hold on for our own opinions about all things all matters. Meditation is helping us to center our life to see wiser and further and beyond and not just stand still with our own thought. The wisdom means just like the universe. It governs all. Not just one point of view or one angel.
When you breathe in down to your belly and hold it in for three seconds to allow the oxygen to convert into good energy and concentrate on the heaven gate point. The energy will go through that gate, and go up your backbone up to your head. To light up your wisdom By allowing the energy to flow that way you are slowly letting all of your attachment fall apart to turn on your wisdom. As long as you are still attached your wisdom will be dim. In order to light up your wisdom to turn on you will need to receive more compassion energy from the Buddha to loosen up our attachment. That is the way how we practice. The more you practice, the more compassion energy from Buddha is connected to you transform into your body an d mind. You use that compassion energy incorporated with your own energy to help navigate your attachment, to help turn on your wisdom. Just keep doing that. Very simple. Just keep practicing. There is no need to just keep talking about the meaning. Just practice. Just like the tree you have to dig down in the ground put a lot of good things down it will grow. If you use the right techniques the tree will grow. With the right techniques you will turn on your wisdom immediately.
Let’s practice 7 more times the compassion mantra. Mu A Mu Sa. You put your wisdom hand into your compassion hand. Wisdom on the top of your compassion and we will practice the mantra 7 more times together.

You are just keeping meditating and sitting still and listen to me guiding you again. Our method is working and practicing with the energy. The internal energy that comes from yourself, created by the way you make a special determination to concentrate On the time you breath in and out. We call the internal force.
The external force comes from the compassion energy of the Buddhas in the ten directions WE are incorporating the internal and external forces together to create a very good frequency. The frequency of the Buddha carries a good energy to motivate your physical body to be healthier. Mentally we are clearer. We are all human beings. We are all attached to something we like. We like to bring up or show up our own opinions. This is dimming your wisdom. In order to turn on your wisdom lighting it up for you to see through and see beyond to know the unknown we all need to practice. The special technique once again the way to incorporate between the internal energy from ourself creating by the special determination on the method we practice through the breathing technique breathing in and out and with the external force from all the buddhas from the ten directions the external we call compassion chanting Mu A Mu Sa. We activate our compassion, and the compassion energy from the buddha. The two kinds of forces Internal and external merge together to become one. And create a special frequency which carries all information and energy needed for our physical body to maintain in a good way to be healthier. Our goal is health. Physically, mentally and spiritually. Body, Mind, and spirit together within the special compassion energy. We all be fine and health. So let’s once again remember we practice very deep.
We practice together every Saturday together. But at home we should practice by yourself. Put your wisdom hand on your compassion hand, and humble yourself down, flatten down everything to just be with the mother nature and activate our compassion energy to turn on our wisdom. Please.

Hello, together we just practiced 21 times breathing and breathing out the mantra: Mu A Mu Sa. I am so happy we are still getting together every Saturday and practicing together. Once a week but however, with full energy that we put in together will benefit us for the entire week. But if every day you spend about 15 minutes for yourself to practice to activate and allow the energy to keep flowing within and maintain that higher quality energy. It will benefit a lot. I am your friend. I love to be with you every Saturday. Make sure you practice, practice and practice. I limit talking here so we focus on practicing together. 30 minutes of practicing together.
So, thank you all very much and go back to your weekend and have a wonderful weekend that turns on your wisdom on what ever is happening right and and your compassion and forgiveness. At this moment we need all to turn on our wisdom and forgive so that society can go back to normal to be happy.
